DEI is core to business and purpose
At Allianz, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) are more than just buzzwords. DEI is intricately woven into our purpose "We secure your future" and core to our business with an impact on Employee Engagement, Customer Loyalty and Stakeholder Trust.
Our Employee Networks – because together we achieve more
Employee networks bring together colleagues who share an identity or experience, as well as their “friends & allies”. The networks also offer the business a great opportunity to consult with them for, e.g., product development questions or communications. They are an important partner for raising awareness, advocating change and setting the diversity, equity and inclusion agenda.
We currently have five global networks with more than 60 local chapters around the Allianz world – from Australia to all over Europe, from India to the US...
