Our Global Inclusion Council (GIC) has been in place since 2007 and consists of CEOs and Board Members from major Allianz entities around the globe, as well as the leads of our five global employee networks. It demonstrates that Allianz’s top management is fully committed to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

The Council ensures the implementation of our diversity strategy and monitors its implementation across the Allianz Group. Likewise, its members bring ideas, positive examples and feedback from the local entities to actively set the agenda globally. The GIC convenes several times a year to discuss latest developments. Individually, the Council Members support diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives locally.
