Sustainability in the spotlight

Günther Thallinger is a member of the Allianz Board of Management responsible for investment management and sustainability. In this interview, he explains what Allianz is doing to combat climate change. 

The expansion of renewable forms of energy is a human endeavor – a windfarm can only be created with the help of many. From its planning to construction, people talk about their role at He Dreiht, one of the largest offshore wind power projects in Europe and the most recent example of Allianz’s sustainable investments.

Repair instead of replace: In order to make a contribution to environment, Allianz is focusing on sustainability in car repairs. We visit a garage to see how this works in practice.
