Structure & Holdings

Allianz SE is the holding company of the Allianz Group. In addition, Allianz SE operates in the field of reinsurance, providing reinsurance protection for Allianz Group companies, in particular.

As of December 31, 2025, Allianz SE employed 2,468 people. Besides Allianz SE, the Allianz Group comprises subsidiaries with over 156,000 employees in almost 70 countries. For more information please refer to the Allianz Group Annual Report on pages 195 et sec. (chapter "Scope of consolidation and consolidation procedures").

According to § 25(4) of the Supervision of Financial Conglomerates Act (Finanzkonglomerate-Aufsichtsgesetz – FKAG) Allianz provides an overview of the Allianz Group structure as of December 31, 2024. The chart contains the major operating entities without indicating the shareholding.

The Company's participations are broken down according to § 313 (2) of the German Commercial Code (HGB). They are divided into domestic and foreign participations and contain approximately 1,500 entities.
