As we strive to be a sustainability leader in our sector, sustainability ratings and industry benchmarks enable us to improve our performance and transparency. We rely on these ratings to support long-term ESG integration in our proprietary investments and responsible products and solutions.
DJSI/S&P CSA

 

Allianz achieved in the 2024 CSA the third highest score within the industry with 89 out of 100 points and was for the 23rd consecutive year confirmed in the Dow Jones Sustainability Index.

MSCI ESG

 

In 2024, Allianz received a rating of AA (on a scale of AAA - CCC) in the MSCI ESG Ratings assessment, confirming Allianz as ESG leader in the insurance sector.

ISS ESG Corporate Rating
The sustainability performance of Allianz was once again awarded Prime status by ISS ESG in 2024, with a B- rating (as of 17 December 2024).

Bloomberg Gender Equality Index

 

In 2023, we were included for the eighth consecutive year in the list of 484 companies across 54 industries, headquartered in 45 countries and regions. The index evaluates gender equality across five pillars: female leadership and talent pipeline, equal pay and gender pay parity, inclusive culture, anti-sexual harassment policies, and pro-women brand.

 

FTSE D&I Index

 

Allianz was ranked number one in Insurance in the FTSE Global Diversity and Inclusion Index 2024. Furthermore, we were ranked #2 globally. The global index identifies the top 100 publicly traded companies with the most diverse and inclusive workplaces, as measured by 24 separate metrics across 4 key pillars (diversity, inclusion, people development and controversies). Allianz was also ranked number one in Germany.
