Allianz Research’s “Social Resilience Index 2024” sees political shifts in 16 EU countries and quantifies the economic impact of polarization. Allianz launches multi-pronged global approach to address the economic and social risks that polarization poses to its stakeholders and to society. ”Power of Unity” program partners with leaders from business, politics, and science to overcome polarization via education, skill-building, and events. 

To strengthen the abilities of young professional female athletes when it comes to financial literacy and decisions, Allianz is introducing the first personalised and free financial coaching for ambitious female athletes aged 18 to 22. 

The FC Bayern women’s team will be among the many footbal teams to benefit from the financial coaching and will receive permanent access to a personal financial coach. Later, there are also plans to extend the service to other sports and professions.

Allianz has enjoyed a long-standing partnership with FC Bayern for more than 20 years. It encompasses the naming of the Allianz Arena, the men's, women's, and youth teams, and increasingly covers digital and social media.

Together with FC Bayern we recently launched the “Allianz Ready Coach," designed to give young professional female athletes greater financial literacy and confidence in financial dealings.


With a bold metaphor using a square football, we bring awareness to the many challenges and hardships faced by women in professional football, especially around financial uncertainties.  Learn how we are taking an active step in preparing aspiring and young athletes through education and awareness- focused programs for their best tomorrow.

The pandemic changed life for many, especially children who moved less than ever. So we launched MoveNow – a program that gets children moving through sports camps, training videos with the International Paralympic Committee and many other initiatives.
