There are those moments in life when you have to take a far-reaching decision: Should I follow my passion in sports or should I rather do something more solid? A key topic that is always at stake: the future financial situation, an obvious link to Allianz, as one of the largest financial institutions in the world. 

At Allianz we strongly believe that coaching financial knowledge and competence should be an integral part of sports. Therefore, Allianz is offering a free of charge personal financial coaching program for ambitious athletes aged 18 to 22, the so-called Allianz Ready Coach Program (“Coach Program”).

1. Rules and regulations for participants of the Allianz Ready Coach Program:

1.1 Before entering the Coach Program, participants have to accept these Terms and Conditions.

1.2 The participation in the Coach Program is possible for all women aged between 18 to 22 (during the date of the coaching session) that consider a professional career in soccer.

1.3 The participation in the Coach Program doesn’t require the purchase of any Allianz products. It is also not required to be an Allianz customer.

1.4 The participation is completely free of charge.

1.5 A session within the program can get booked only online at allianz.com/ready-coach. Every participant who successfully booked a session will receive a confirmation email to the email address provided during the booking process indicating the time of the session.

1.6 A session can only get booked at a time slot (day and time) available in the booking system on allianz.com/ready-coach. There are no other slots available than offered in the booking system.

1.7 Every participant can only book one introduction session. In the introduction session (approximately 20 minutes) the participant can schedule once an individual and free of charge finance coaching session (approximately 40 minutes).

1.8 The participant can re-schedule her session at any time but not later than 24 hours ahead of the booked session via a link provided in the confirmation email.

1.9 Allianz has the right to cancel or re-schedule a session at any time. Allianz will use best efforts to offer the participant an alternative slot if possible.

2.0 All sessions will get run virtually only and can get accessed via the login details provided to the participant at least 5 days ahead of the session via email. 

2.1 The introduction session  will last for approximately 20 minutes in which the participant can get to know the Allianz Ready Coach and also schedule an individual finance coaching session In this 40-minute session an experienced employee of Allianz Consulting will look at the different stages of the participant’s life, as well as her personal financial situation, and then work with her on a financial plan by providing the right tools and knowledge.

2.2 The Allianz Ready Coaches will consult the participants in the best possible way, however, any provided advice or tips or any other information are not legally binding and are unbinding recommendations only. Allianz does not guarantee that the advice, tips or information are comprehensive, complete or suitable for any specific purpose. It will be solely in the participants discretion whether and how she will make use of the recommendations.

2. Sponsor and Liability

2.2 Allianz SE and any involved subsidiaries of Allianz SE, do not bear any liability whatsoever for lost or misdirected applications, or for (i) electronic transmission errors, (ii) theft, destruction, changes of or unauthorised access to applications, (iii) technical problems, and malfunctions or errors in the operation of any hardware or software or the scheduled session , including computer viruses and bugs, or for manipulations, unauthorized access, fraud, internet overload or overload of a website or arbitrary combinations thereof, or for other causes that are beyond the reasonable control of Allianz SE and of the respective subsidiaries and branches of Allianz SE. Should any of the above circumstances occur, Allianz SE reserves the right to cancel the Coach Program or an individual session. 

2.3 Unless in case of fraud or gross negligence, Allianz will not be liable for any damages occurring out of the use of the recommendations given in an individual session, in particular Allianz will not be liable for any financial losses or opportunities occurring out of a recommendation.

3. Severability Clause

3.1 Should a provision of these Terms and Conditions be considered invalid or unenforceable, the effectiveness or enforceability of the remaining Terms and Conditions are not affected and the invalid or unenforceable provision is replaced by such a valid provision as comes nearest to the basic intention of the invalid or unenforceable provision. The same applies in case of a gap.

3.2 The Terms and Conditions are subject to German law. The courts of Munich shall have exclusive jurisdictions for any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Terms and Conditions.
