Allianz will propose to the Annual General Meeting to change to fixed Supervisory Board remuneration

Allianz considers an appropriate fixed compensation to better meet the independent controlling function of the Supervisory Board. So far, the compensation of the members of the Supervisory Board consists of a fixed as well as a variable component. The variable component is linked to the company success.

Besides this exemption Allianz SE will continue to be in compliance with all recommendations of the "German Corporate Governance Code Government Commission" in the version dated May 26, 2010.
