Further changes to Allianz SE Board of Management

Sirma Boshnakova appointed as Member of the Board of Management effective January 1, 2022 pending regulatory approval. Board mandates of Renate Wagner and Klaus-Peter Röhler to be extended and formally approved in February 2022. As previously announced, Andreas Wimmer appointed Member of the Board of Management effective October 1, 2021.

Andreas Wimmer, currently the chief executive officer of Allianz Lebensversicherungs-AG (“Allianz Leben”), has been appointed as Member of the Board of Management to succeed Jacqueline Hunt as head of the asset management division and Allianz Life in the U.S.

Changes to the Allianz SE Board of Management

Allianz SE announces that Jacqueline Hunt wishes to step back from her day-to-day responsibilities as Member of the Board of Management and has been appointed a strategic consultant to Oliver Bäte, Group Chief Executive. Andreas Wimmer, currently the chief executive officer of Allianz Lebensversicherungs-AG (“Allianz Leben”), has been appointed as Member of the Board of Management to succeed Ms. Hunt.

Allianz announces change of personnel

Lauren Day will serve as the company’s new Global Head of Communications and Reputation as of August 1, 2021. Day joins Allianz SE from Annycent Capital, a newly incorporated Luxembourg-based private equity firm focused on renewable energy infrastructure in emerging markets, where she was Head of Strategy and Capital Relationships.

Euler Hermes Group announces leadership change

Euler Hermes Group announces that Wilfried Verstraete, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Management, has decided to step down from his operational duties after twelve successful years in the role. Clarisse Kopff will succeed him as CEO and Chairperson of the Board of Management.

Catharina Richter to lead Allianz Cyber Center of Competence

Effective June 1, 2020, Dr Catharina Richter will be appointed Global Head of Cyber Center of Competence for Allianz Group. The Cyber Center of Competence (CoC) coordinates and steers cyber risk underwriting and governance across Allianz Group and is embedded into Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty (AGCS).
