Allianz acquires office building "Triton" in Frankfurt from IVG/OVG

In line with this transaction Allianz Global Investors (AllianzGI) will lease the asset as a whole. In 2013 AllianzGI will relocate from their current buildings on Marienstraße, Mainzer Landstraße and Weserstraße.

The 10-storey office building was constructed in 1985 and features a total area of ca. 29.000 sqm and 427 parking spaces.
