"Our first place in the category 'Insurance companies', part of the annual competition "MyLove Marks", gives another evidence for the satisfaction of our customers. Our strategic goal has always been to acquire our customers' trust. The considerable precedence we have over our competitors, especially in the final round of the competition, gives us confidence that we are on the right path and our efforts are fruitful", commented Yalamov.

This overwhelming result, showing the most beloved brand amongst the insurance companies, is also confirmed by the Brand Performance Management research, conducted at the end of 2009 by international research agency TNS on the Bulgarian insurance market. The research clearly shows that Allianz Bulgaria is perceived by its current and potential customers as a trustful and reliable partner, which provides them with first class products, taking into consideration their individual needs.

The main criterion of choice is to what extent the company has addressed their personal needs in the best possible way, in the most correct and loyal way. The ranking is arranged according to the opinion of the customers themselves, and not according to expert jury. Which is way this award is very emotional and valuable for us" added Yalamov.
