Jacqueline Hunt continues to be responsible for Asset Management and US Life Insurance while Günther Thallinger remains responsible for Investment Management, Global Life and Health, and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance).

Allianz SE Simplifies Management Board Structure

To accelerate its strategy of simplicity at scale and to align the expertise of its safeguarding functions, Allianz SE today announced changes to its divisional setup, effective January 1, 2023.

Supervisory Board of Allianz SE newly elected

At the Annual General Meeting of Allianz SE today, a new Supervisory Board was elected as scheduled. Rashmy Chatterjee, Chairwoman of the Board of Management of ISTARI Global Ltd, London, was elected to the Supervisory Board for the first time. Sophie Boissard, Christine Bosse, Michael Diekmann, Dr. Friedrich Eichiner and Herbert Hainer were re-elected.

Jim Hagemann Snabe resigns from the Supervisory Board of Allianz SE

Jim Hagemann Snabe will not stand for re-election to the Supervisory Board of Allianz SE. He will resign from the Supervisory Board upon expiry of his mandate.
