Contracts of Allianz SE Board Members Jacqueline Hunt and Günther Thallinger extended

The Supervisory Board of Allianz SE has decided to extend the Board of Management mandates of Jacqueline Hunt for three years until the end of 2022 – in line with her request – and of Günther Thallinger for five years until the end of 2024.

Changes to the Board of Management at Allianz SE

Helga Jung, Member of the Board of Allianz SE, will retire on December 31, 2019.  She will leave after 26 years at Allianz and having served as Member of the Board of Management for eight years. Renate Wagner, currently Chief Human Resources Officer at Allianz SE, has been appointed as her successor from January 1, 2020, subject to regulatory approval.

Profile: Renate Wagner

She's dynamic. Expressive, engaging. But never without depth. Her thought processes are arranged in a perfect order. After all, she has studied theoretical mathematics – a subject that seemingly contrasts with her extroverted, vibrant personality if you go by stereotypes.
