A range of stories and a lot of courage!

“Be Bold” is this year’s theme and often easier said than done. What does courage actually mean? How can we be courageous in our daily lives? And what does Allianz, as your insurer, have to do with it? As we looked to answer these questions, we climbed to the top of the highest mountain in Germany, looked for advice from German philosopher Richard David Precht and asked everyday people. Join us!

Besides our main topic “Be Bold”, you will find several stories and examples in the report on how we are focusing on the needs of our customers – with a lot of passion and a high service-orientation. For example, take the story of the Kammerguber family from Simbach in Bavaria, which nearly lost everything in the early summer floods of 2016.

Our man on the scene, Gerhard Koeck, helped his clients without hesitation and went far beyond the call of duty. On an organizational level, we created  the new position of Chief Customer Officer (CCO) last year. Like in the past years, we are also presenting new products and demonstrating how we are steadily improving our services using customer feedback.

Like in the past years, around 15,000 customers told us about their degree of satisfaction with our products, services, advice, claims, benefits and communication. The positive result: we maintained the overall score at the same high level as last year. There’s more evidence of high customer satisfaction in our report. Take a read…
