In accordance with the stipulations of German Stock Corporation Law, Members of the Board of Management are appointed for a maximum term of five years. In line with the German Corporate Governance Code the maximum term for first-time appointments is, as a general rule, three years. The regular age limit for Board of Management members is 62 years.
