They will go beyond building products, to create personalized and transparent solutions, which are easy to use and accessible from anywhere, any time.
In the Factory, project teams will tackle areas such as claims and customer communication in novel ways and work under tight deadlines. Our longer-term goal is to transform Allianz’s work culture to make it more collaborative, innovative, customer-centric and agile.
The Global Digital Factory occupies Munich's hi-tech corridor outside the city center, where pop-up offices constructed from rebuilt shipping containers sit alongside trendy office blocks. English is the lingua franca and a steady stream of espresso fuels the dozens of specialists.
