The members of the Supervisory Board of Allianz SE receive a fixed remuneration. Structure and amount of the Supervisory Board remuneration are approved by the Annual General Meeting and are governed by the Statutes. The remuneration fully complies with the requirements of the German Corporate Governance Code. The remuneration is published on an individualized basis in the Annual Report.

Remuneration Structure

The remuneration of the members of the Supervisory Board is composed of a fixed remuneration as well as a fixed remuneration for their work in committees. In addition, the members of the Supervisory Board will receive an attendance fee of 1,000 euros for each personal attendance of meetings of the Supervisory Board and its committees requiring such personal attendance. Should several such meetings be held on the same or on consecutive days, the attendance fee will be paid only once.

Provision in the Statutes

The remuneration of the members of the Supervisory Board of Allianz SE was approved at the Annual General Meeting on May 5, 2021 under agenda item 6 with a majority of 97.56% and is set out in Section 11 of the Statutes of Allianz SE .
