Refinitiv Global D&I Index: top ranking for Allianz

The Refinitiv Diversity and Inclusion Index is a global, annual ranking published since 2016. The D&I ratings cover four main pillars of diversity, inclusion, people development and controversies. Every company is assigned a pillar score and benchmarked against industry/country peers for each data point to determine the Index rankings.
Renate Wagner is an Allianz SE Board Member and Chairperson of Allianz’s Global Inclusion Council.
Allianz SE Board Member Renate Wagner, and Chairperson of Allianz’s Global Inclusion Council, commented on the ranking:
"We are honored to be recognized again by Refinitiv for our longstanding commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Taking the lead position in Insurance and in Germany once again is an achievement that we can be proud of. At Allianz, we value each other’s diverse backgrounds, skills and experiences, most evidently from the strong outreach of our five global employee networks (NEO, Pride, Beyond, GRACE, Engage). A big ‘thank you’ to all our employees, network leads and sponsors for their tireless dedication to creating change and building a culture of inclusivity where each individual can thrive and bring their true authentic self to work.‘’
The ranking is a result of our unwavering commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion and setting ourselves ambitious targets along the dimensions of gender, LGBTQ+, disability, race and cultural ethnicity, and generations. Allianz’s five global employee networks spanning the aforementioned DE&I dimensions further enhance the company’s DE&I agenda and strengthens our reputation as advocate for change.
