From a young age, my parents taught me the value of diversity and of embracing the different perspectives which people from varying cultures, opinions and backgrounds bring to the table. Unity has been a guiding force, helping bridge divides and enable diverse teams to achieve remarkable things. In our polarized world, its importance is greater than ever.
