Allianz SE calls for redemption its 1.25 billion US dollar 3.5% Perpetual Restricted Tier 1 Notes (ISIN: US018820AA81 (144A) | USX10001AA78 (Regulation S)) issued in 2020, with a current aggregate nominal amount of 327 million US dollar, effective November 17, 2025. Subject to the Conditions to Redemption being fulfilled in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Notes, the Notes will be redeemed on November 17, 2025 at par plus accrued interest.
