Terms of participation for the Raffle
Signed FC Bayern Away Jersey 2025/2026 with Harry Kane Flocking ("Raffle")

2. Participation Period
The participation period in the Raffle begins on 06.05.2025 at 10:00:00 CET and ends on 10.06.2025 at 13:59:00 CET ("Participation Period").
3. Prerequisites for participation in the Raffle
3.1. Only natural persons who are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity are eligible to participate ("Participants").
3.2. Participation is possible for Participants during the participation period under the terms of participation and only in their own name.
3.3. Participants may only participate in this raffle once.
3.4. Participants must have a permanent residence.
3.5. Participation in the raffle is free of charge.
4. Participation in the raffle
- 4.1. Participants are required to adhere to these terms of participation and to provide only truthful information in connection with the Raffle.
- 4.2. To participate, Participants must enter all required information in the participation form during the participation period, submit it, and accept the terms and conditions.
4.3. A new registration is required to participate in further Raffles.
5. Prize
5.1. Allianz SE is giving away the following Prize as part of the Raffle: One of three signed FC Bayern away jerseys 2025/2026 with Harry Kane flocking in either the men’s sizes M or L (size will be chosen by chance). Each of these jerseys is signed by Harry Kane (“Prize”).
5.2. The Prize is personal and cannot be transferred to another person.
5.3. Allianz SE owes exclusively the Prize specified in section 5.1. to a winner determined according to section 6. The winner has no further claims against Allianz SE beyond the Prize. In particular, the Prize is excluded from exchange and cannot be paid out in cash.
5.4. Allianz SE is only responsible for providing the Prize. For clarification: If the Prize consists of access rights to an event organized by a third party (e.g., tickets for an FC Bayern Munich football game), Allianz SE is not responsible for the organization of the event.
6. Winners' selection process
6.1. After the end of the Participation Period, the winners will be drawn randomly from all Participants of the Raffle.
6.2. The decision on the winners is final. Any legal recourse is excluded. If the winners have provided incorrect information, which makes further contact with the respective winners impossible, any claims to the Prize will be forfeited.
7. Prize notification / Prize acceptance
7.1. The winners determined according to section 6 will be contacted by Instagram direct message within two work days after the end of the Participation Period ('Prize Message'). The winner shall confirm acceptance of the Prize. In the Prize Message, Allianz SE will inform the winner how and within what timeframe the winner must confirm acceptance of the Prize.
7.2. If a winner does not respond within the period specified in section 7.1, the winner’s claim to the Prize will expire. In this case, Allianz SE will select an alternative winner according to the procedure specified in section 6.1.
7.3. The Prize Message will be sent by Allianz SE or by an agency commissioned by Allianz SE.
7.4. All Participants who do not win will not be contacted.
8. Exclusion from the Raffle / Forfeiture of Prize Claim
If Participants violate these terms of participation, Allianz SE is entitled to exclude the respective Participant from the Raffle. Any claim to the Prize will expire. In this case, Allianz SE will select an alternative winner according to the procedure specified in section 6.1.
9. Modification of Raffle Terms and Prize
9.1. Allianz SE is entitled to terminate, suspend or change the terms of participation without prior notice and without stating reasons, if otherwise due to external circumstances beyond Allianz SE's control, the proper conduct of the Raffle would be no longer possible.
9.2. Allianz SE is entitled to make changes (including substitutions) or adjustments to the Prize if the provision of the Prize by Allianz SE has become impossible or would only be possible with unreasonable additional effort.
10. Liability
10.1. Allianz SE, as the organizer of the Raffle, assumes no liability for lost, misdirected, or late entry forms or for (i) electronic transmission errors, (ii) theft, destruction, alterations of entries, or unauthorized access to them; (iii) technical problems, failures, or errors of hardware or software during their operation, which occur during the normal course of the Raffle, including computer viruses and bugs, or manipulations, unauthorized accesses, fraud, internet or website overload, or any combination thereof; or for causes beyond Allianz SE's reasonable control.
10.2. Allianz SE is liable for damages due to a breach of these terms of participation subject to the following provisions:
10.2.1. Allianz SE is liable without limitation for damages
- caused intentionally or grossly negligent by Allianz SE;
- resulting from an injury to life, body or health;
- based on Allianz SE's liability under the Product Liability Act or within the scope of a guarantee.
10.2.2. In the event of a slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations under these terms of participation by Allianz SE, which are indispensable for achieving the purpose of the contract (the so-called cardinal obligations), Allianz SE is liable for damages insofar as they are typical and foreseeable damages. Allianz SE's liability is excluded for damages resulting from the slightly negligent breach of non-essential contractual obligations.
11. Privacy Notice
11.1. Participation in the Raffle is voluntary. The entity responsible for the collection, processing and use of personal data in the context of the Raffle is Allianz SE. Allianz SE processes personal data in accordance with the existing data protection regulations, in particular; the General Data Protection Regulation.

12. Final provisions
12.1. Should any provision of these terms of participation be deemed invalid or unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of the other terms shall remain unaffected. The ineffective and unenforceable provisions shall be replaced by effective provisions that most closely correspond to the original intention of the ineffective and unenforceable provision. The same applies in the event of a loophole herein.
12.2. These terms of participation are subject to German law.
12.3. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms of participation is Munich, if and insofar as the participant in question is not resident in the European Union.
