3. Agreement on the participation conditions
All people entering the application have to agree to these Terms and Conditions of the competition.
4. Registration
- Registration is only possible online.
5. Application period
- Application period runs from July 31st, 2025, 00:00 (CET) to September 5th, 2025, 23:59 (CET).
6. Ticketvergabe
Familien oder Freundesgruppen können maximal 4 Tickets, Sportvereine bis zu 20 Tickets erhalten (bei Vereinen: eine Erwachsener pro 4 minderjährige Teilnehmer*innen). Eine Weitergabe oder ein Weiterverkauf der Tickets an Dritte ist strengstens untersagt.
7. Participation per person
Families or friends may receive up to 4 tickets; sports groups up to 20 (with one adult per 4 minors). Transfer or resale of tickets to third parties is strictly prohibited.
8. Selection of winners
Allianz SE will select winners based on the responses provided in the registration form. Selection will take place on a rolling basis throughout the registration period. The selected winners will be notified via email and must confirm receipt of the tickets by replying to the notification email within 48 hours. If no response is received within this period, the prize may be awarded to another participant. Once confirmation has been received, the tickets will be sent to the respective winners.
9. Data privacy
Personal data will be used exclusively for the purpose of organizing the event and distributing tickets. Data will only be shared with CAA (Creative Artists Agency GmbH), who serves as the external logistics partner responsible for ticket distribution. For this purpose, only the full name, language and email address of the selected participants will be transmitted.
10. Legal recourse
Legal recourse is excluded.

If any of the foregoing occurs, Allianz SE reserves the right in its sole discretion to take any one or more of these steps: disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry or voting process, cancel, modify, delay, or suspend the contest. We reserve the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Jurisdiction, Severability
Any action arising out of these terms or this website shall be litigated in, and only in, courts located in Munich, Germany, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts and further agree that they are a convenient forum for you. In the event that any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions will not be affected, and the unenforceable provision will be replaced with an enforceable provision that comes close to the intention underlying the unenforceable provision.
