Allianz today announced that it has exercised its right to terminate the legacy PIMCO employee equity plan (M Unit Plan) and will purchase outstanding PIMCO M Units for cash.
The Supervisory Board of Allianz SE and Günther Thallinger have mutually agreed that Mr. Thallinger’s term as member of the Board of Management will conclude on December 31, 2026.
