How do I scan the QR code on the FC Bayern jersey sleeve?
Open the camera app on your smartphone and point it at the QR code on the jersey sleeve. Your phone should recognize the QR code and prompt you to open the on the Allianz x FC Bayern Hub here. Ensure your camera lens is clean and you are in a well-lit area. If problems persist, manually type the URL linked to the QR code into your browser (www.allianz.com/fcbayern).
How often are raffles held?
Raffles are held once a month. Each raffle is a new opportunity to win, so make sure to participate monthly. The upcoming raffles are being displayed on the Allianz x FC Bayern Hub here.

Yes, you can participate in every raffle. Each raffle requires a new entry to be eligible for that respective raffle. The upcoming raffles are being displayed on the Allianz x FC Bayern Hub here.
How do I know if I won a raffle?
Winners will be contacted via the information provided at the time of raffle entry. Make sure your contact details are accurate and up-to-date.
Is there a deadline for entering each monthly raffle?
Yes, each raffle has a specific deadline. Details and deadlines are provided on the Allianz x FC Bayern Hub and in the Terms & Conditions.
Where can I find the terms and conditions for each raffle?

How many times can I enter each monthly raffle?
You are allowed one entry per raffle. Multiple entries for the same raffle will not be accepted.
What happens if I miss a raffle? Can I enter twice the following month?
No, entries cannot be rolled over to subsequent raffles. You must enter each raffle within its designated entry period to be eligible for that drawing.
How is the raffle winner selected?
Winners are chosen randomly from all eligible entries received during the raffle entry period. The draw process is conducted fairly and transparently.
Can I transfer my raffle entry to someone else if I win?
No, raffle entries and prizes are non-transferable. The winner must be the person who entered the raffle.
