Among more than 50 institutions Allianz and Chief Economist Michael Heise took first place in the annual Forecaster of the Year ranking. Besides the forecast for German economic growth, the individual GDP components including consumption, exports and investment were analyzed. Süddeutsche Zeitung emphasized the impartiality of Allianz´s economic forecasts.
