Investing in Central and Eastern Europe

The economists at Allianz and Dresdner Bank have updated and released the trusty Investment Guide for Central and Eastern Europe.

Central Europe‘s economic success resembles waves which are spreading further eastwards and into the south-east of Europe. The next round of enlargement is already on the horizon in 2007, encompassing Romania, Bulgaria and Croatia. But linking economic success solely to membership in the EU would of course miss the point. Russia and the Ukraine have enjoyed a flourishing economy in recent years and are starting to attract foreign investment on a significant scale.

Investing successfully requires a sober look at opportunities and risks. Our updated Investment Guide provides information and our own assessment on both aspects to help you reach the right decision.
