Allianz places subordinated bond

Allianz SE has placed a subordinated bond with a volume of 1.5 billion U.S. dollars with institutional investors in Asia and Europe.

 

The subordinated bond is perpetual and carries ordinary call rights as of March 7, 2022. The coupon of 3.875 percent per annum is fixed until redemption. Coupon payments and redemption are subject to certain conditions and may be deferred.

The bond will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. Settlement is expected to occur on September 7, 2016.
