The transaction has received the formal approvals from the European anti-trust authorities and from the French regulatory authority, Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel (ACP). With these approvals, the transaction agreements signed by Allianz France and Groupama SA on June 7, 2012 are successfully concluded.
