“It is what you can do that matters!”

Clement B. Booth, Member of the Board of Management of Allianz SE, sponsors the recently launched AllAbility program at Allianz. It aims at creating a more inclusive work environment for people with disabilities. AllAbility is driven by a group of committed employees who are fostering capability and understanding around disability, and also execute concrete actions to better accommodate the needs of people with disabilities. This covers everything from the accessibility of a job posting to making relevant adjustments to the built environment. On June 3^rd, Germany’s Diversity Day, AllAbility spokesperson Anna Kohls interviews him on the relevance of this initiative. In the end, talking about people with disabilities means talking about approximately 15 percent of the world population, which also means talking about a talent pool of one billion people.
