He will succeed Robert Franssen, who will retire at the age of 62 on March 31, 2017 after 13 years as the CEO of Allianz Belgium and then Allianz Benelux since the regional integration of the Benelux entities in 2013. He will become the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Allianz Benelux.
Anthony Bradshaw has spent 14 years with Allianz in various positions. He currently holds the board responsibility for insurance products at Allianz Italy.
