Sylvie Ouziel joined Allianz in February 2012 as Chairwoman of AMOS SE. She has more than 20 years of experience working with international consulting firms. Prior to her new role, she was Global COO for Accenture in Paris, where she was responsible for operational business performance, internal transformation programs and assisting with communication to industry and financial analysts. In her consulting capacities, Ouziel supported various global companies in shaping and developing business and IT global shared services.

This program creates a platform for women with high potential to be sponsored by an Allianz executive. Participants are selected based on performance based criteria. Each participant goes through the program for two years with the goal of identifying making a move into a new position either vertically or laterally. During this time the senior executive acts as the sponsor in their career paths and provides opportunities for visibility.
Allianz companies such as Allianz Deutschland, Allianz Global Corporate and Specialty (AGCS) and Allianz Global Assistance (AGA) offer programs where women are assigned to senior mentors. The aim is to enable upcoming women talents to benefit from their mentors’ professional advice and support to help shape their career aspirations.
Allianz encourages platforms for women networks with the aim of supporting the entry, reentry after career breaks, and retention of women in the workforce. Allianz women networks exist in several locations and companies within the Group.
