  • Allianz Parque stadium opens in Sao Paulo to the sound of Paul McCartney

    Allianz Parque opened with a mega music concert with ex-Beatle Paul McCartney. As the 45,000 tickets for the show were sold out in less than 24 hours, he gave a second concert the next evening.

    Munich has been selected as one of the 13 host cities for the Euro 2020 football competition, European football's governing body UEFA announced in Geneva on Friday. The Allianz Arena will stage three group matches and a quarterfinal.
