Allianz annually collects feedback from employees, managers and board members to measure the overall level of engagement and identify its drivers through the Allianz Engagement Survey. In 2019, over 120,000 employees were invited to participate. The global response rate of 84 % remained very strong. The Employee Engagement Index (EEI) is a key measure of employee satisfaction, loyalty, advocacy and pride.
