Remuneration

The Remuneration of the Board of Management is focused on sustainability and aligned with shareholder interests. Moreover, it is designed to fully comply with the requirements of the German Corporate Governance Code.
The members of the Supervisory Board of Allianz SE receive a fixed remuneration for their function, which is published on an individualized basis in the Annual Report. The remuneration of the Supervisory Board is designed to fully comply with the requirements of the German Corporate Governance Code.
Senior executives are defined as Allianz employees who may either have a material impact on the company’s financial or risk positions, or lead critical operations of the Group.
