Remuneration

The Remuneration of the Board of Management is focused on sustainability and aligned with shareholder interests. Moreover, it is designed to be competitive compared to our peers.
The members of the Supervisory Board of Allianz SE receive a fixed remuneration for their function. The remuneration is published on an individualized basis in the Annual Report. 
Senior executives are defined as Allianz employees who may either have a material impact on the company’s financial or risk positions, or lead critical operations of the Group.
