Allianz: 10 million out of 665 billion EUR in Greek bonds and stocks

Andreas Gruber, Chief Investment Officer of Allianz Investment Management on Grexit.

“The markets have reacted in a moderate way. This proves that the risk of a ripple effect of the insecure situation in Greece is now much lower than it once was. We do not expect the capital markets to drop drastically, even though the volatile development is likely to continue.

Allianz has a total exposure to Greek bonds and stocks of around 10 million euro. This is less than 0.002 percent of our 665 billion EUR insurance assets.”
