Andree Moschner takes over as head of Allianz Banking Deutschland
Andree Moschner, member of the Board of Managing Directors at Dresdner Bank and responsible for "Private & Corporate Clients – Customer & Products, Banking Services," has been appointed to the Executive Board of Allianz Deutschland AG effective January 1, 2009. He will take over the newly created "Allianz Banking Deutschland" division.

The "Allianz Banking Deutschland" division will also include the Oldenburgische Landesbank as soon as Allianz completes the takeover of that bank. Moschner's appointment is subject to his nomination by the Supervisory Board of Allianz Deutschland AG.
Along with his duties at Allianz Deutschland AG, Moschner will remain on the Board of Managing Directors at Dresdner Bank until its merger with the Commerzbank is complete. In addition to working on the integration of both banks and other tasks, he will also be responsible for transferring the banking clients referred by the Allianz Beratungs- und Vertriebs-AG to Allianz.
