Jacques Richier, presently CEO of Swiss Life France, will join the AGF Allianz Group during the summer  2008.  He will be responsible for the activities of the Group in France and will be member of the Allianz International Executive Committee.

The responsibilities of Chairman and Managing Director of AGF SA will be separated. Jean-Philippe Thierry, who remains member of the Allianz SE Board, will leave his operational responsibilities in France as planned and will stay Chairman of AGF. Jacques Richier will be appointed Board member and Managing Director of AGF.
