Thomas C. Wilson will be appointed Dresdner Bank AG’s Chief Risk Officer with effect from June 1, 2008. He succeeds Otto Steinmetz, who will step down from his position on the Board of Managing Directors when his contract expires at the end of May.

In his capacity as CRO of Dresdner Bank AG, Wilson will report to Herbert Walter, Chairman of the Board of Managing Directors of Dresdner Bank AG. Wilson will remain Chief Risk Officer at Allianz SE, a position that he has held since January 1, 2008.
