Allianz owns via its subsidiary AGF ca. 70.4% of the share capital of Euler Hermes S.A. (as of December 31, 2007).
The Annual General Meeting will take place on May 15, 2008 in Paris.
A dividend per share of 5.00 euros (previous year: 4.00 euros) will be proposed to the Annual General Meeting on May 15, 2008.
