On August 4, 2006 Allianz Group released its financial results for the second quarter of 2006. The results were released ad hoc before the originally scheduled date of August 11, 2006 because § 15 of the German Securities Trading Act obliges issuers to announce immediately any information that has a substantial potential impact on the share price.
