1. All shareholders who register to receive by e-mail future invitations to General Meetings of Allianz SE will be entered in a prize draw for the following prizes: There will be one prize of shares in an Allianz Global Investors fund worth EUR 5,000 and five prizes of shares in an Allianz Global Investors fund worth EUR 2,000 each as well as 100 tickets (2 for each of 50 winners) for a First Division (Bundesliga) match of the FC Bayern Muenchen in the Allianz Arena during the 2009/2010 season. If you want to participate in this prize draw, you must be registered on May 12, 2009 to receive by e-mail future invitations to General Meetings of Allianz SE.

2. By registering to receive by e-mail future invitations to General Meetings, every shareholder or shareholder group recorded in our Share Register is automatically included in the prize draw and has an equal chance of winning. The number of shares that a shareholder owns is immaterial. Persons directly involved in the preparation and operation of the Online Service for General Meetings will not be eligible to participate in the prize draw.

3. There will be no cash payment for any prize.

4. The winners of the prize draw will be drawn on May 13, 2009 by ADEUS Aktienregister-Service-GmbH under the supervision of a notary and subsequently informed in writing at the address recorded in the Share Register.

6. German law shall exclusively apply. Any recourse to legal action is excluded.
