The Supervisory Board of Allianz SE consists of twelve members (six shareholder representatives and six employee representatives).
The first Supervisory Board of Allianz SE was appointed when the company became an SE. Its term of office began in October 2006 and ended at the first ordinary General Meeting on May 2, 2007.

At the first ordinary General Meeting of Allianz SE, the shareholders confirmed the six shareholder representatives in office as proposed. Furthermore, in accordance with the Company's Statutes, the AGM elected the six employees' representatives upon proposal of the employees. The distribution of seats for the employee representatives assigns four seats to Germany and one each to France and to United Kingdom. All members of the Supervisory Board were elected for a period of five years.
