Human resources work at the Allianz Group supports the 3+One Program and the Sustainability and Customer Focus initiatives derived from that program. It is also intended to promote a corporate culture that is efficient, focused on customers and characterized by an international orientation. Generally applicable standards and processes are defined with the aim of increasing efficiency and a sustainable enhancement of quality in the human resources management of the Group across the world. Tools and services are also made available for human resources work. The Group Center Human Resources ensures that the Group companies harmonize the alignment of their human resources work and in this way support the development of our sustainable business strategy.
This includes two important programs – on the one hand “Ideas to Success“, launched in 2006. The aim of this forum for ideas and exchanges of opinions is to continuously improve our working processes. On the other hand the Allianz Group has created an “HR Strategic Scorecard“, which is to promote the dialogue about HR and management issues in the Allianz Group by means of measurable quantities.
Target setting tools, assessment procedures and measures to assess potential, increases the efficiency of human resources work in the Allianz Group worldwide. The Annual Report outlines the level of implementation and the focus of the human resources strategy across the Group.
