Alignment of international personnel management
Allianz Group's international HR supports the 3+One programme and promotes a corporate culture that is performance and customer oriented as well as internationally focussed. In order to achieve this, general standards and processes have been predefined and instruments and services for HR activities have been made available. Two important tools are “Ideas to Success” and the “HR Strategic Scorecard”.
Leadership values
In 2003 Allianz standardized leadership principles by creating its Leadership Values. They are centred around the notion of a corporate culture that is focussed on the customer and the employee. An assessment is performed every year to ascertain how well the Leadership Values have had an effect within the Allianz Group.
International personnel development
The provision of ongoing training for managerial staff and other employees with high potential is very important to Allianz. The Human Resources Group Center is committed to providing further training for candidates identified by Allianz companies.
